Cue Wellness wanted to be a one-stop marketplace for vetted coaches, but the app didn't reflect that ambition yet. A dated UX, a codebase that didn't match where it needed to go, no real brand, and no way to prove the vetting was genuine. I rebuilt the brand, redesigned the app end to end, took over the codebase working with a developer, and built a website where every trust claim had to be true. It launched with 50 vetted coaches, and I'm still on as the ongoing product and growth partner.
